Project Coordinator (Chinese speaker)

What you’ll be doing :

As the Project Coordinator, you will be serving as a core member of Delivery Team under Product and responsible for providing administrative and communication support to our factory clients primarily but not limited to Southeast Asia, South Asia and Latin America during the service and product delivery process.

Job Description : Project Coordinator

• Serve as a key member of the Delivery Team, supporting service and product delivery for clients across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Latin America, and other regions.
• Liaise with local sites to ensure that global projects owned by Senior Project Owner are meeting timelines and account details are up to date.
• Introduction, training, and support in programs for assigned local sites.
• Support in any local site reports by providing qualitative insights.
• Support general translation needs across all services and tools for Mandarin.
• Support in implementation of services when needed.
• Maintain strong communication, organization, and follow-through to ensure successful delivery throughout the service period.
