Job Responsibilities
- To cook various menu according to SOP.
- In-charge to collect the inventory from store to the kitchen.
- Planning, organizing and manage the kitchen inventory sufficient level stock and storage.
- Must follow FIFO concept for inventory usage.
- Set daily / weekly / monthly production planning and the ingredients.
- Ensure the kitchen is safe, clean and organized by set daily kitchen cleaning schedule.
- Ensure that all the work flow must comply food safety, HALAL requirements & HACCP standard.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 -3 years of working experience as a kitchen supervisor / lead section from catering, chain restaurant or hotel.Good communicator with supervisory, organizing and staff management skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Job placement at Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan.6 working days per week (every Sunday is rest day) from 8.00am to 4.00pmJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
