Overview

Monitoring projects planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, interior fit-out coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients on keeping track & control schedules of cost, time and quality.
  • Liaise with subcontractors for follow-up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process, etc.
  • Manage site operation, coordination & safety meeting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant working experience in Renovation, Project management and coordination.
  • Knowledge of Architectural / Interior Designer drawings.
  • Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels.
  • Able to work on multiple projects within a simultaneous timeline and meet deadline.
  • Willing to work at night and weekend due to project nature, if required.
