Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled AV Engineer to design, implement, configure, and program AV / IT systems in line with project requirements. This role involves direct collaboration with clients, consultants, project managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality system delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience and a keen eye for systems integration, particularly in Pro AV, ELV, and IT environments.

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, configure, and program AV, IT, DMX Lighting, and ELV systems including CCTV, Door Access, Alarm, and Automation.
• Develop equipment specifications and detailed schematics based on project requirements.
• Set up and configure AVoIP systems such as NDI, Dante, and IPMX.
• Conduct product testing and manage RMA processes with vendors when necessary.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Development teams, and clients to develop execution plans that align with client expectations.
• Perform functional and integration testing of AV systems.
• Carry out site testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems meet performance standards.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain AV, projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance on AV / IT system operations.
• Establish field test methods and implement procedures for quality monitoring.
• Develop frameworks to measure project performance metrics and collect relevant data.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management from time to time.
