Penerangan pekerjaanDegree / Diploma in M&E, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Computer literate, familiar with Revit and AutoCAD. Minimum 1 year of experience in Revit, BIM drafting, or related fields. Knowledge of engineering design principles specializing in common M&E services design or equivalent. Good communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of staff. Able to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate detailed BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and Electrical works in accordance with project requirements.
- Work closely with the BIM Coordinator on model amendment.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings if needed to resolve problems related to projects.
- Actively participate in clash detection sessions as needed, contributing to seamless project execution.
- Provide regular progress reports to the BIM Manager / Senior Coordinator, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.
- Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices.
