Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 1 years of on-site construction supervision experience Must possess a CIDB green card for site compliance Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and manage site operations independently Capable of leading and working effectively with foreign workers and subcontractors Must have a valid driving license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as required
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities including subcontractor and worker coordination, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
Track and prepare daily reports on work progress and manpower efficiency.
- Assist in resolving technical and site issues, escalate to superiors when necessary.
- Estimate and monitor material usage, conduct site measurements and verify accuracy of claim quantities.
