- Imaging (CT, MR and DXR)
- modalities within Malaysia. Together with the Clinical Applications Specialists and Service Engineers, the Imaging modality sales specialist is accountable and responsible for ensuring a good brand experience in the market and to continue to drive and grow the business in the region.This person will directly report to the Business Leader for Imaging ASEAN who is based in Singapore.
- You are responsible for :
- Defining and controlling the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product / modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines.
- Providing product knowledge and clinical / technical expertise to support the sales team and channel partners in driving business and closing deals across accounts.
- Participate and oversee business policies, pricing strategies, and product offerings for the region based on guidelines.
- Collaborating with the sales team, the Sales Specialist informs and advises customers on new technologies, product configurations, and upgrades, while addressing complaints and inquiries to boost customer satisfaction and support sales goals.
- Supporting the sales team with customer presentations focused on clinical and technical value. Understanding competitive positioning and marketing strategy, and helping with tender strategy and quotations.
- Assisting Account and District Managers in meeting business goals and validating product forecasts.
- Collaborating with Marketing on sales tools, pricing, and competitive threats to better support Specialists and the business unit.
- Providing accurate monthly business forecasts through lead and opportunity management. Monitoring industry competition and trends, giving feedback to sales and marketing with ideas to expand product offerings.
- Driving continuous improvements using LEAN methods.
- To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiology Technology or the equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in product management and marketing in the medical industry preferred
- At least 3 – 5 years experiences in radiography / clinical field or experience working as Radiology Technologist for CT / MRI are required
- Good presentation, communication and follow up skills
- Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus;
- Highly Motivated with Strong Negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the market and should be autonomous
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment
