Sales Supervisor (Pavilion Store)

Sales Supervisor role assisting Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations (Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia).

Major Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Assistant Store Manager to manage and oversee the daily store operations.
• Supervise, ensure, and manage a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Identify and handle client enquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with our brand image.
• Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Coordinate with the team on execution of sales plans and store events.
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve established sales targets.
• Ensure proper security measures are enforced.
• Monitor and assist sales staff development by providing on‑the‑job training and product training.
• Communicate timely with internal and external parties via email, text messages and phone calls.
• Mentor sales staff and guide them where required.
• Maintain high standard of personal grooming and professional conduct.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and / or Operations Team.
