Base Pay Range

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp / phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packages
- Handle English & Mandarin‑speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency required) and provide clear, confident responses to enquiries
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer's needs
- Deliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Track and achieve daily / weekly call targets and sales KPIs
- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely information
- Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews
