Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap based on business goals, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most valuable features and improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Ensure effective communication between teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Product Delivery & Quality Assurance : Work with development teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within budget.
• Ensure that product features are thoroughly tested and meet pass quality assurance before release.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytics, customer feedback, and lending portfolio performance to make informed product decisions and continuously improve product performance.
• Monitor product KPIs and iterate on features to improve user engagement, repayment rates, and overall product success.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Act as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.
