Overview

Retail Supervisor role at Epic Foods. This range is provided by Epic Foods. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Train and guide outlet teams on hygiene, cleanliness, food handling, and sanitation.
  • Promote awareness of quality standards among outlet staff.
  • Conduct outlet visits, routine checks, and audits.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and records.
  • Carry out additional tasks or projects from HQ to support business goals.

Job Requirements

  • MUST possess own vehicle.
  • No experience required — fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Able to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work at multiple outlets.
  • Work day : 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
