Warehouse Supervisor (Inventory), Scommerce (Bukit Raja, Klang) – Shopee Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to align inventory with demand.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of inventory staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels and forecasts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize inventory costs and reduce waste.
