Sales Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanPossess min. Diploma / Degree in Business Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (spoken & written). Computer literate with basic skills in MS Office / mobile apps. Must have own transportation and valid driving license. Independent, proactive, and results-driven. Passionate in sales, willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision. Monthly sales commission – uncapped earning potential. Petrol card. Car Allowance. Annual Bonus KPI Allowance Medical insurance
Responsibilities :
- Manage and follow up with existing customer accounts in the general trade (GT) channel.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and open new accounts within assigned areas.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to annual KPIs.
- Conduct regular outlet visits for order taking, merchandising, and ensuring product visibility.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
- Submit daily / weekly sales reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Promote and establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to existing and new customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and issues / concerns.
- Regularly conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction & identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales coordinator team, and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
