Handle equipment faults and execute PM plans to maintain a smooth production workflow. Implement and verify cost reduction initiatives within the area of responsibility. Collaborate in the acceptance of newly purchased equipment within your area of responsibility. Manage equipment spare parts, including inventory, procurement, and technical verification. Oversee the management of tools, kits, standard samples, and similar resources within the designated area. Develop various equipment operation manuals and guidelines for tasks specific to your area of responsibility. Lead the training of new employees within designated area. Actively participate in TPM team activities. Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related course Excellent oral and written skills in English 3-5 years or above of industrial experience with 1~3 years bumping equipment development or equipment maintenance experience Seniority level
