Accounts Payable Specialist (Thai Speaker)
Exciting global opportunity supporting the Thailand market to perform Accounts Payable support. Based in Malaysia, this role is part of a premier biopharmaceutical company with a legacy of over 25 years in the business and 60 years in Accounts Payable.
What You Will Do
- Execute and deliver customer service for all applicable markets in AP region, including procurement, invoice, and employee expense management inquiries.
- Resolve customer queries related to procurement, accounts payable, and employee expense management.
- Identify and propose process improvements through daily problem resolution.
- Communicate with internal business customers and collaborate across ERP systems to resolve issues.
- Escalate issues when real‑time resolution is not possible.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Resolve reconciliation issues within system / vendor relationships.
- Manage workload efficiently while maintaining a positive customer‑service culture.
What You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company (fresh graduates encouraged).Proficiency in English and Thai.Experience with case / ticket management software, specifically BMC Remedy; SAP experience desirable.Experience in supporting services across multiple markets or geographies.Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
