AI Solutions Developer

Role Overview

AI Solutions Engineer at dtcpay – a MAS‑licensed payment service provider bridging traditional finance and digital assets. You will build intelligent applications using large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.), designing smart agents, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems, and automation assistants that integrate seamlessly into real‑world business platforms.

Responsibilities

• AI Application Design & Development – build intelligent apps based on LLM APIs (agent workflows, Q&A, report generation, automation assistants).
• Prompt & Dialogue Management – write and optimize prompts, manage multi‑turn conversations, ensure model responses are stable and business‑relevant.
• Agent Framework Practice – use LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack to construct complex task flows (tool / API calls, knowledge base retrieval, task orchestration).
• Knowledge Base & RAG – design and implement vector‑database RAG (text chunking, embedding management, recall optimization).
• Engineering & Integration – package AI model capabilities into reusable APIs / services, integrate into front‑end / back‑end systems, ensure performance, scalability, fault tolerance.
• Application Optimization & Iteration – monitor model performance (accuracy, response time, cost) and continuously optimize.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration – work closely with product, design, and business teams to drive real‑world adoption of AI capabilities.
