Product Development Executive

Job Description

• Drive new product development by analyzing market potential and recommending effective positioning strategies.
• Research and compile clinical studies, literature reviews, and scientific articles to support ingredient benefits and efficacy.
• Coordinate with overseas NPD teams on bulk sharing opportunities and prepare MPEC submissions for P&L analysis.
• Implement approved projects, including the preparation of bilingual product fact sheets and other marketing materials.
• Conduct regular market research and surveys to keep updated on industry trends.
• Provide regulatory support by preparing product labels and sourcing documents to substantiate product claims.
• Engage with potential contract manufacturers to identify business opportunities.
• Support the marketing team in handling customer inquiries via email or phone on product-related matters.
• Assist the Sales team in addressing technical or product-related questions.
• Contribute to sales and corporate events by conducting health tests.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management or superior.
