Penerangan pekerjaanRelevant qualification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field. Min. 1 year of experience in drafting, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in CAD Software : Familiarity with software like AutoCAD. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Technical Knowledge : Understanding of surveying techniques and Land Use Regulations. Communication Skills : Effectively convey technical information to team members and clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Being able to start work on short notice is a plus.
What you'll be doing
- Analyze and interpret survey data, including topographic, boundary, and site surveys.
- Work closely with surveyors and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulations.
- Create detailed drawings and maps based on survey data using CAD software.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey findings, plans, and project updates.
