Process Manager

Oversee and continuously improve end to end of SMT, Through-Hole and Box Assembly processes, ensuring high- quality standards and operational efficiency.

Lead the development, qualification, implementation and sustain new processes and new product introduction.

Drive Design for Manufacturing DFM, review with customer and internal design team.

Ensure all processes comply with industry standard ISO9001, IATF16949 and safety regulations.

Key technical point of contact for customers, providing process expertise during audits, technical reviews.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers and technicians to optimize performance and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Work with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep, calibration, and functionality of SMT equipment, including reflow ovens, pick-and-place machines, and inspection systems.

Collaborate with the quality department to resolve process-related issues and drive initiatives to reduce defects and improve yield.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse process data, and provide regular reports on process efficiency, production quality, and downtime.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements for defective products using methods such as 5 Whys and the 7 QC tools to enhance product yield.

Any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) with minimum 10+ years' experience in PCBA / EMS manufacturing with proven process improvement achievements.
• Strong knowledge of SMT and assembly processes.
• Familiar with PCBA quality standards and industry best practices (e.g., IPC standards).
• Skilled in process optimization, line balancing, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cost reduction and yield improvement projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
