Service Crew / Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Greet customers warmly and assist with orders.
• Ensure accurate order taking and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Food & Beverage Handling
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and proper handling at all times.
• Replenish stock and supplies when necessary.
• Outlet Operations
• Assist in cashiering duties (operating POS system, handling cash / transactions).
• Support smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, dining area, and workstations.
• Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste properly and keep outlet organized.
• Teamwork & Compliance
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
