We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Photocopier Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Fuji Xerox, SHARP, and Canon copiers and printers. This role requires strong technical skills, good customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Setup : Install and configure Fuji Xerox, SHARP, and Canon machines at customer sites.
  • Maintenance & Repairs : Perform regular servicing, troubleshooting, and ensure machines run at peak performance.
  • Customer Support : Provide on-site technical support and effective solutions to client issues.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate service records, including repairs, parts, and feedback.
  • Independent Work : Manage service calls efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Training : Educate customers on machine use and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM & above (training will be provided).
  • Experience with Fuji Xerox, SHARP, or Canon machines is an advantage.
  • Strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service.
  • Able to work independently and manage time well.
  • Valid motorcycle license & reliable transport for customer visits.
