Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented CRM System Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce.com platform. This role will support global sales and related functions ensuring data integrity, user support, and system enhancements that drive productivity and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Monitor data accuracy and perform regular data cleansing
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and executive teams
System Optimization & Support
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and inefficienciesCollaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to implement enhancementsProvide training and documentation for users across departmentsStay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant upgradesBusiness Intelligence & Analytics
Develop and maintain CRM‑related dashboards and reports using BI toolsAnalyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver actionable insightsSupport data governance and ensure data quality across CRM systemsSupport forecasting and demand planning processes (STP, AOP cycles)Assist in onboarding new sales team members and aligning CRM workflowsCoordinate sales incentive tracking and compensation dataLeverage AI and Co‑Pilot tools to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracyCross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and ITParticipate in strategic initiatives including dashboard development and partner enablementRequired Qualifications
Experience in Salesforce administrationStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM toolsExcellent communication and problem‑solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 7–9 years of experience in a similar rolePreferred Qualifications
