We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client & Sales Admin Executive to support our daily operations — blending client coordination, administrative excellence, and analytical insight.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working across multiple functions — administration, sales support, HR, and reporting — while thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth project and client workflow.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, invoices, and other client-related documentation.
- Maintain office supplies, records, and basic financial tracking.
- Support business development activities including lead follow-up, data management, and client communications.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, client data, and performance dashboards to assist management decision-making.
- Ensure timely coordination between clients and internal departments to meet deliverables and service standards.
HR & Internal Support
Assist with HR-related functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and company events to foster a positive team culture.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, sales coordination, or operations roles.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.Familiarity with CRM systems or basic data analytics tools is an advantage.Able to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Company Benefits
