About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Worldgate Express Services Sdn Bhd. As a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers in the sea export freight forwarding industry. This full-time position is based in our Puchong, Selangor office.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate all customer service activities related to sea import freight forwarding operations
- Liaise with customers to understand their shipping requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and process all necessary export documentation accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of freight services
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest process enhancements
