Overview
Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Train and lead the team to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve any service or operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Motivate and coach staff to perform at their best.
- Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning.
- Understand restaurant KPIs and support sales targets.
- Assist in daily and weekly sales reporting.
- Participate in marketing or promotional activities when needed.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Follow restaurant SOPs and operational guidelines.Assist in internal audits and maintain documentation as required.Requirements
