Overview

Supply Chain Manager (Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse) at RongtaTechnology(Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd., Klang, Selangor. Part of Rongta’s global “China R&D+Global Manufacturing” strategy, collaborating with Xiamen headquarters to deliver smart hardware, IoT, and cloud printing solutions with faster response and global reach.

Role

• Responsible for new material development, sampling, and related data collection.
• Develop qualified suppliers based on purchasing needs; conduct inquiries, cost analyses, and price negotiations.
• Follow upon contract execution, registration, and filing.
• Monitor raw material market trends and adjust procurement strategies in a timely manner.
• Formulate annual cost-down plans and implement price reduction measures for special projects.
• Handle material FCST, stock preparation, ordering, delivery, reconciliation, and payment requests.
• Assist in handling supplier delivery and quality issues, including claims follow-up.
• Manage warehouse materials, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain in / out records.
• Develop production plans, collect and review monthly material demand planning data.
• Provide regular production progress updates to headquarters.
