Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time team member to assist our procurement department with documentation and coordination work related to construction purchasing. The role involves preparing purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring all procurement documents are properly filed and updated. Ideal for someone with good administrative skills and an understanding of construction material flow.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Maintain and update procurement records, price lists, and supplier information.
- Assist in documentation for material purchase, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Follow up with suppliers or site teams on order status and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all procurement files are properly organized for audit and reference.
- Assist the Project / Accounts team in verifying purchase documents and quotations.
- Support the procurement officer or project manager in daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field.1–2 years of experience in administrative or purchasing work, preferably in construction.Good attention to detail and document organization.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic email correspondence.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
