The opportunity

The opportunity As a Business Development Administrator at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business development team by coordinating various administrative tasks, managing client relationships, and assisting in the execution of business development strategies. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
• Maintain and update databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and business development activities.
• Client Relationship Management : Assist in managing client relationships by coordinating communications, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
• Support the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Event Coordination : Assist in planning and organizing business development events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee communication.
• Collaboration and Team Support : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support business development initiatives.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and best practices.
