Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Sales Admin located in Petaling Jaya, with some work-from-home flexibility. You will be responsible for managing business communications, developing new business opportunities, customer service, and sales activities. Key tasks include coordinating with clients, processing sales orders, tracking sales performance, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to support various sales initiatives.
• Support senior sales professionals during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Assist in generating leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Support the development of compelling business proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
