- Salary : RM1900 - RM2000 per month
Additional Allowances :
Performance : Up to RM300 / month
Shift : RM90 / monthTransport : Up to RM200 / monthWhat You'll Do
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and technical issues across various channels. You will :
Process customer orders and manage lists accurately and on time.Provide excellent customer service and accurate information over the phone.Ensure every customer interaction increases satisfaction and loyalty.Who We're Looking For
Candidates with SPM (at least 1 year of experience) or a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior working experience is required as training will be provided.Must have good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.Willing to work on a rotational shift basis.Able to start immediately.Ages 19-35.Why Join Us?
