Your Role in VT Markets : We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to take on the challenge for the full recruitment cycle specifically for Malaysia & Singapore hiring. You will be working closely with the direct hiring manager, managing candidate experience throughout the interview process as well as managing all offer negotiation and closure.

Job Requirements : What Makes You a Great Fit :

• Prior experience in hiring within the CFD industry will be a huge plus but not compulsory.
• Be a business partner and not just a "resume factory" by giving insight to the hiring managers on the real-world situation.
• Able to hold conversations with a diverse level of candidate experience - volume hiring vs executive level / confidential search candidate.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in recruitment is ideal.
