• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of global shipments, pricing proposals, and exceptional client service.
• Sales & Commercial Support : Provide support in pricing, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities and enhance profitability.
• Partnership Management : Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and trade authorities.
• Operational Excellence : Apply deep expertise in freight forwarding operations and customer service processes to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant international shipments.
• Market Development : Identify emerging market opportunities and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Contract Negotiations : Lead high-value contract and agency agreement negotiations to strengthen global partnerships and secure favorable terms.
