Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Singapore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Day‑to‑day tasks include market research, lead generation, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to drive company growth and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Market Research
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills
• Proficiency in creating proposals and developing business strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the education and consultancy industry is a plus
