Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has an exciting opportunity for a Claims Professional with experience in Accident & Health claims. The role will be based in our Kuala Lumpur office in Malaysia.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Manage claims across corporate travel and other accident & health products from Asia Middle East and New Zealand and Australia regions.
• Undertake an investigation of each claim which includes assessing policy coverage, claims reserving and identify and pursue recovery opportunities, where possible.
• Provide high levels of customer service with clear communication to insureds and brokers with a proactive approach to achieving strong results for insureds.
• Work closely with underwriters, actuaries and our claims teams in Asia Middle East, New Zealand and Australia, reporting on claim developments and trends, and support the delivery of BHSI’s plans, goals and objectives.
