Penerangan pekerjaanUniversity Degree in any discipline; or professional qualification in insurance (ICA, ACS). 1–3 years of experience in a life insurance company or large organisation. Ability to analyse details clearly and provide clear explanations. Positive customer service skills, complaint handling, and good English communication. High level of integrity, accountability for work, and good teamwork attitude. Proactive, takes initiative to improve current processes and adaptable to change. Champion and embody our core values in everyday tasks and interactions. Demonstrate integrity and accountability. Take initiative to drive improvements and embrace change. Manage business and regulatory compliance risks, implementing effective mitigation measures. Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats to proactively highlight concerns and protect the company. Overview
Adjudicate claims according to the terms and conditions of the policy.
Responsibilities
- Assess claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions and ISO requirements.
- Process claims by approving, rejecting, or withdrawing them within the set time frame and authority limits.
- Handle enquiries and complaints promptly from agents and claimants.
- Coordinate with branches or other stakeholders to ensure smooth claims handling.
- Ensure efficient claims handling to meet claims cycle times and pay accurately.
- Provide feedback and drive necessary changes for improvements to systems and processes.
- Take accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate them.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies to understand risk and safeguard the company.
- Highlight potential concerns / risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
