What would you be doing :
Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns.Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.Executing marketing campaigns via Facebook ads, Google ads, traffic sources, and other marketing tools.Prepare performance reports for management.Experiment with new platforms and channels.Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.Monitor costs and return on investment.Collaborate with other departments (creative, copywriting, project management, etc.) to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.Manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet specified objectives.To be successful in this role, you will need to have :
At least 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media advertising portals.Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, testing, and optimization.Passionate about ideation and in tune with Malaysia's social media trends and stories.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands.#J-18808-Ljbffr
