Human Resource Executive (Foreign Manpower)

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and administering the recruitment process, including foreign worker related matters, and providing administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities and routine tasks to ensure smooth operational processes for workers arrival, inductions and placement.
• Conduct due diligence of overseas recruitment agencies to ensure compliance with company recruitment guidelines, policies on migrant labour and ethical practices, and regulatory laws of the source country and Malaysia.
• Coordinate recruitment process, including arranging interview sessions in the source country by liaising with recruitment agencies to meet company requirements.
• Coordinate foreign worker application passport, work permit renewal and quota approval by liaising with embassies and relevant government departments to ensure smooth processes and adherence to rules and regulations.
• Respond to any government requests such as labour department, immigration etc. by providing required information to facilitate smooth processing.
• Intensify recruitment of foreign workers (Indonesian and other approved source countries) for Operating Units.
• Communicate effectively with Estate Managers, monitor staff welfare, handle problematic agents and workers’ grievances, and provide feedback to Management on a regular basis.
• Travel to any location on short notice as required by work assignments.
