Job Purpose
To carry out daily HR operations with efficiency and accuracy, assisting in the implementation of HR processes across key areas such as attendance tracking, recruitment coordination, and employee record-keeping, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Record Management
- Maintain and update employee files, both physical and digital, including contracts, confirmation letters, MCs, and claims.
- Track and verify daily attendance, ELs, OT, and leave submissions for payroll processing.
- Ensure HR-related trackers (e.g. headcount, uniform issuance, access cards) are consistently updated.
- Prepare basic HR letters and compile required documents for staff actions (confirmation, transfer, resignation, etc).
Recruitment & On-boarding Support
Coordinate job postings, arrange interviews, and follow up with shortlisted candidates.Assist in on-boarding tasks : checklist preparation, asset handover, and induction briefing.Ensure proper documentation for interns, contract staff, and full-time hires.Employee Support & Engagement
Be the first point of contact for employee HR queries and general requests.Assist in organizing internal staff activities, birthday treats, and celebration coordination.Help circulate HR memos and announcements and collect acknowledgment if needed.Policy & System Adherence
Ensure all staff follow attendance rules, asset policies, and uniform codes.Report non-compliance cases to the HR Manager with supporting evidence.Support internal audit or compliance reporting with required HR documents.(Apply now at #J-18808-Ljbffr
