In this role, you will focus on selling high-quality carpets, wallpapers, and flooring products to residential and commercial clients. You will use your product knowledge and sales skills to advise customers, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of flooring materials, installation processes, and market trends, along with a proven ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, and networking. 2. Product Knowledge & Customer Consultation Provide expert advice on carpets, wallpapers, and flooring solutions based on customer needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. 3. Sales Closing & Negotiation Guide customers through the selection process and close deals effectively. Handle pricing discussions and negotiate terms to secure sales. 4. Collaboration with Installation Teams Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. 5. After-Sales Support Assist with order follow-ups, installation queries, and warranty services to maintain client relationships.
