Foodcourt Assistant (The Exchange TRX)

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Food Court Assistant to support our daily operations and administrative tasks.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :

Supporting daily food court operations, ensuring cleanliness, order accuracy, and excellent customer service

Monitoring food court stalls to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Performing accurate data entry and maintaining well-organized records

Handling invoice processing, purchase orders (POs), and related documentation

Preparing and updating reports / presentation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Assisting with general administrative tasks to support smooth back-end operations

Participating in stock takes and inventory tracking

Monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies

Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment

Requirements :

Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and grow. Basic knowledge of F&B operations is an advantage

This role involves significant reporting and data entry work, so strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential with attention to details

Availability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required .
