Job description

Responsibilities :

• Attend to customer enquiries / requests and provide product information
• Manage order placements, shipments, and customer databases
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinating with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support and assist with sales-related matters
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination between various departments involved in the sales process
• Handle administrative duties as assigned
