The Role

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for customer order management, exceeding customer satisfaction and sales coordination.

Accountabilities

• Handle customer inquiries and leads while coordinating with the Sales team on quotes and opportunity conversion.
• Process customer orders from receipt through invoicing, ensuring timely deliveries and accounts receivable management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams—Supply Chain, Costing, Fabrication, Production, Warehousing (material availability), delivery, product samples, marketing materials, on-site service and NPD.
• Manage import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with Customer, Sales and Finance teams for timely collection of payments.
• CRM (Salesforce) and ERP management for leads, quotes, order processing, invoicing and case management.
• Adhere to SOPs for customer master creation, price updates, credit deviations and resolving customer feedback.
• Coordinate to achieve sales targets, on-time deliveries and accounts receivable goals.
• Maintain timely and efficient customer correspondence and internal team communication.
• Maintain upkeep of customer and material data.
