Finance Executive

This position will be based in our Malaysia office located in Mid Valley, KL.

As a Finance Executive, you will support the finance team in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, timely collections, and adherence to financial controls. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-growing digital creative organization.

Your responsibilities include handling operational accounting functions such as GL, AP, and AR, performing daily bank reconciliations, assisting with month-end closing activities, and supporting GST / WHT / SST reporting. You will also help prepare yearly financial statements, participate in budgeting activities, and ensure proper cash flow management and compliance with financial policies.

This role reports to the Finance Manager, based in Malaysia.

What you will do :

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management

• Support the accounts receivable function by preparing invoices accurately and on time, tracking collections, and assisting with reconciliations.
• Ensure proper documentation for revenue transactions and assist in maintaining accurate revenue recognition records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support the Finance Manager in monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on overdue accounts.
