Logistics Executive (Import, Export)

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field. Candidate must be able to read and write Mandarin, English and Malay. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. Ability to start work immediately will be an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Make shipment bookings upon receive of shipment instructions.
- Plan and prepare import and export shipping schedule.
- Liaise with haulage / shipper / consignee regarding delivery arrangement.
- Work in a team and work under pressure.
- Assist Manager to manage and prepare for Job report, Logistic estimation and budget.
- Proactively analyze and provide countermeasure on complaints raised by customers and issues on logistics.
