Project Management / Sourcing Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management / Sourcing Executive to join our team at Intrinseque Health in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. This full-time role will be responsible for driving and delivering strategic purchasing and procurement initiatives to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end procurement and sourcing projects, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable contract terms, monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to identify new opportunities and support business growth
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management processes to optimise stock levels and reduce costs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet operational needs
• Analyse spend data, identify cost saving opportunities and make recommendations to improve procurement efficiency
• Support the development and roll-out of procurement policies, processes and systems
