The company is a well-established large organization in the Distribution Industry, headquartered in Selangor. Known for its extensive reach, the company is recognized for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management : Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent; implement performance management systems to drive employee development.
  • Policy Development : Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and promote organizational effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations : Manage employee relations issues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits : Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
  • Training and Development : Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; manage risk and resolve workplace disputes.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting : Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Min 10 years working experience within the HR function with 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience as a HR Manager, preferably within the B2B & B2C sectors.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
