Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive meaningful engagement. Responsibilities include planning, creating, and curating content across platforms, optimizing channel performance, managing online communities, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking analytics to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Planning, Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong communication and writing skills, especially in storytelling, educational content, and psychology-driven marketing
• Solid experience in content creation, editing, and content strategy
• Ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
• Excellent organizational, communication, project, and time-management abilities
• Coachable, open to feedback, and maintains a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Good eye for modern design and strong aesthetic sense
• Experience or interest in animals, pet health, or wellness is a bonus
• Minimum 3 years experience in Social Media, or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing
