What would you do?
Managing the relationship of Key Accounts by identifying the needs and requirements of the business partners to ensure excellent products and services delivery. Maintain the existing and develop new strategic and operational initiatives in order to grow the business with the Key Accounts.
Client Management
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
- Operate as the lead point of contact, communicate and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders in matters related to business partners.
- Ensure the practical needs of the stakeholders and partners are met – identify the tools, information and other resources required to enable delivery of business objectives.
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives / campaigns contributing to business growth.
- Plan and organize engagement activities between company and business partners.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities, conduct study and design proposals for potential collaborations.Develop business development strategy focusing on financial gain.Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Accountable in driving company’s business performance & initiatives in partnership with the Key Accounts.Forecast and manage business revenue.Stay abreast of current business and market trends and contribute to business growth.Operations Management
Identify, manage and mediate past and ongoing issues / matters between company and business partners.Ensure that all operational obligations as stipulated in the Service Provider Agreement with the partners are met and / or any changes to be incorporated into the Agreement.Review related agreements with necessary input provided to and for Legal and related departments / parties.Customer relationship management, handling complains and queries, sorting issues and complains, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Main goal will be to establish and support good client relationships.Completing orders on behalf of the client and collecting due amounts, as well as resolving customer complaints and problems’ escalation in a timely manner.Client Retention
