Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sickles and agricultural tools, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and farmers, providing after-sales support and tailored solutions.
- Develop distribution channels in rural and plantation areas, and coordinate product promotions, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
