Production Manager / AM [Industrial Machinery]

We are currently looking for a Production Manager / Assistant Manager for a leading player in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 50 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Based in Johor

Responsibilities

• Operational Management : Oversee and manage staff and processes to ensure safe, continual, and efficient production operations.
• Maintenance Oversight : Guarantee all machinery and systems are in proper working order. Ensure periodic and preventative maintenance are scheduled and executed, and emergency maintenance support is readily available.
• Quality & Compliance : Uphold strict quality and safety standards set by management and global organizations. Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of daily production activity and provide regular status and metrics reports to management.
• New Product Support : Provide assistance in the development of new products.
• Issue Resolution : Coordinate the escalation and resolution of production problems and rapidly troubleshoot line issues.
